Printing Client Statements

Once a client has been invoiced, a Client Statement can be printed at any time.  In Reports under Client Reports, Print Client Statements allows you to print a statement for any client that matches the criteria that you select.

To create a Client Statement, click on Reports in the blue menu on the left and then Client Reports.  Click on Print Client Statements.

There are three different reports that can be run:

  • All Accounts With a Non-Zero Balance (includes credit balances) 
  • All Accounts With a Positive Balance (excludes credit balances) 
  • All Accounts With Any Activity                 

All Accounts With a Non-Zero Balance (includes credit balances) - This create a PDF file that contains an Account Statement for any client that has any kind of a balance whether it is a credit or debit balance.

All Accounts With a Positive Balance (excludes credit balances) - This create a PDF file that contains an Account Statement for any client that has balance due.

All Accounts With Any Activity - This will create a PDF file for any client.  This is typically used for Fee-for-Service providers who would like to provide a Superbill to their clients.

This report can be created as a PDF file at any time and will pull the most recent client information.  

An Optional Message may be added to the Client Statements prior to creating the PDF file.
