Insurance Authorizations

Insurance Authorizations shows the number of sessions remaining for clients that are set up with prior authorization tracking.  

Prior Authorization Tracking is added to a client record through the Client Setup under Primary Insurance (See Client Setup). Please note that if you need to add an authorization number to an insurance claim, it will be need to be added to the Client Session screen (see Creating Client Sessions).

To access the Insurance Authorizations summary report, click on Reports and then Misc. Reports.  Select Authorized Insurance Sessions.
