Billing for Telehealth Sessions

Many payers have different requirements for claims submission for Telehealth sessions.  Please check directly with your payers and see if they have any specific requirements for billing Telehealth claims. 

You might need to add bill code Modifiers to the client sessions.  Some will accept GT and others 95.

You might need to change the Location Type in the client sessions to “02 Telehealth”. 

Creating Client Sessions

You might need to add another facility address to use for telehealth.  You can add a new Office Location under Codes Setup / Office Locations on the left sidebar.   Then in the client sessions you can select the telehealth Office Location.
