Completing Items in your Work Queue

After you have set up your Enrollment Portal, you will need to work your queue:

The ‘Work Queue’ contains tasks that require action from you or an authorized user under the site. These enrollments will not be processed until these actions are completed. To begin, you will click on the blue button under the ‘Enrollment Tasks’ column to work on that specific task. The following are examples of the most common enrollment tasks that you will come across:  

  • Digital Signature: These tasks allow you to digitally sign the enrollment forms directly in the portal. An authorized signer must be the one to sign the form in order to avoid rejections from the insurance company.
    • To start this task, click on the ‘Complete Digital Signature’ button. 
    • Under ‘STEP 1’, you will click ‘Add Signature’ to sign the form. 
    • Under ‘STEP 2’, you will be required to open and review the document before you can proceed. Once reviewed, select the appropriate box if the document is accurate or if it contains errors. 
      • If the document contains an error, you will be prompted to describe the issue. If your credentials are correct in your account Site Management, please reach out to contact mcpenrollment@apexedi.com or support@madaket.com.
    • Under ‘STEP 3’, click the submit button to complete the task. This will remove the task from your work queue. 
  • Provider Enrollment Upload PDF: Some payers require a physical signature but will accept copies of these forms. You can download these from the portal, sign, and upload it back into the portal. The signed forms will then be sent out to the payer via fax or email. An authorized signer must be the one to sign the form in order to avoid rejections from the insurance company.
    • To start this task, click on the ‘Provider Enrollment Upload PDF’ button
    • Under ‘STEP 1’, click on ‘Click to Review Document’. This will download the enrollment forms.
    • Open the downloaded form and print
    • Follow the instructions in the form and review. Sign the form, and scan it back into your computer, with any requested documents. 
    • In ‘STEP 2’, click drag and drop your uploaded form into the Madaket task, or click on ‘Click to select file’ and select your scanned signed form. Click on ‘Complete Task’ once uploaded. 
    • If the document contains an error, you will be prompted to describe the issue. If your credentials are correct in your account Site Management, please reach out to contact mcpenrollment@apexedi.com or support@madaket.com.
  • Online Enrollments: Some payers will have you complete an enrollment online and may require you to create a login for their portal. These tasks will have a ‘Complete Next Steps’ button.  
    • To start this task, click on the ‘Complete Next Steps’ button.
    • Under ‘STEP 1’, click on the ‘click to review document’ button. This will download the instructions for this enrollment. 
    • Open the document you downloaded and follow the instructions provided for that enrollment. 
    • In ‘STEP 2’, you will have the option to provider a packet ID if supplied by the insurance company. Please provide this if applicable. 
    • In ‘STEP 2’ you will also have the option to ‘Report Form Problem’ or ‘Complete Task’. 
      • Click on ‘Complete Task’ if you were able to follow the instructions and the task is now complete. 
      • If you came across an issue, click on ‘Report Form Problem’. You will be prompted to describe the issue. If your credentials are correct in your account Site Management, please reach out to contact mcpenrollment@apexedi.com or support@madaket.com.
  • Mailed Agreements: Some payers require their enrollment forms to have a physical ‘wet-ink’ signature. They will not accept fax or email copies. These tasks will have a ‘Complete Next Steps’ button. 
    • To start this task, click on the ‘Complete Next Steps’ button.
    • Under ‘STEP 1’, click on the ‘click to review document’ button. This will download the instructions for this enrollment. 
    • Open the document you downloaded and follow the instructions provided for that enrollment. Please read and follow these instructions carefully. Some forms will need to be signed and sent by mail or may require copies of other documents to be mailed with the form. The instructions will provide the address where the forms need to be mailed.
    • In ‘STEP 2’ you will also have the option to ‘Report Form Problem’ or ‘Complete Task’. 
      • Click on ‘Complete Task’ if you were able to follow the instructions and the task is now complete. 
      • If you came across an issue, click on ‘Report Form Problem’. You will be prompted to describe the issue. If your credentials are correct in your account Site Management, please reach out to contact mcpenrollment@apexedi.com or support@madaket.com.
