If you would like assistance from Customer Support on electronic claims, please provide the Claim ID number from the Claim Status box in the Balances Due You report.  You can access the Claim Status box by moving your mouse over the electronic billing icon.

If you see a rejection for "Printing Services", this means you have electronically billed a payer that requires electronic billing pre-enrollment prior to claim submission.  You will need to pre-enroll to electronically submit claims to this payer.
